Wedding Policies

All wedding orders are delivery, based upon availability.

Delivery fee is $2 per mile from the bakery (located at 107th Ave & Happy Valley Road). 0.6 of a mile or greater is rounded up to the next mile for fee.

Setup fee wouldn’t be an additional cost. Delivery fee only includes a drop off at the venue with the wedding coordinator / day of contact. 

If you choose to pick up your order, Sweet Bee Bakery LLC shall not be responsible for damage incurred once the cake/desserts leaves Sweet Bee Bakery LLC.

Your date is reserved and your order is confirmed only upon execution and when the deposit is received by Sweet Bee Bakery LLC. The deposit shall be received on the due date stated on the invoice. The deposit shall equal 50% of the total balance and is required to reserve the date. The deposit is non-refundable and shall not be refunded under any circumstance(s).

Payment of the remaining balance, if any, is due on the date listed on the invoice. If payment is not received by that date, Sweet Bee Bakery LLC, reserve the right to refuse your order. Absolutely no refunds shall be granted within 14 days of the booked event date.

Sweet Bee Bakery LLC will make every possible effort to create and safely delivery your event cake and/or desserts. Once delivery is completed, Sweet Bee Bakery LLC shall not assume any responsibility for your guest(s), florist’s, caterer’s or any other person’s acts with regard to your cake/desserts, or any property damage or injury that occurs as a result of our services and/or provisions of your desserts. Sweet Bee Bakery LLC shall have no responsibility for the condition of the cake/desserts once delivered to you/your event venue. High temperatures can adversely affect your cake. It is your responsibility to arrange its the venue an appropriate spot for the cake/desserts directly out of sunlight and away from unnecessary heat.  Cake/dessert design is a creative and organize process. Sweet Bee Bakery LLC will do our best to replicate and create your selection design as closely ass possible. 

If a sketch is needed, you are entitled to up to two (2) complimentary revisions (three in total). If any revisions take place thereafter, additional sketches will be provided at $50 per revision. Once your design is finalized, you are required to sign-off on your approved sketch. 

Any changes (design, guest count, flavors, colors, etc) must be made prior to 14 days before the event date. Any changes may incur in additional cost and those will be paid with the final payment. 

Sweet Bee Bakery LLC reserves the right to photograph your cake/desserts for our own reference, display, or promotional advertising without compensation to you.

Additional items (faux cakes, displays, cake stands, and/or other rental items must be returned within 48 hours of the event time and date stated on the invoice, unless Sweet Bee Bakery LLC agrees to pick item(s) up. The rental deposit is refundable provided the rental item(s) is(are) retuned in the same condition within 48 hours of the delivery time and date. After 48-hours, the rental deposit shall be forfeited.
